Irrisafe Traveiling Irrigator shut off system won the Supreme Innovation award at 2011 National Fieldays.
Controlling the problem of "renegade" irrigators the shut off system shuts off the flow of effluent when the traveling Irrigator stops traveling or when the delivery hose has a sudden loss or increase in pressure.
Irrisafe does not rely on batteries, thus making it very reliable and suitable in all areas.
New FDE rules will mean you have to have a system which is set to deliver a certain performance rating and have less then a 20% variable within the system in order to comply.. i.e... even pressure and flow at all times, even application with a set DU rating of less than 1.25. Irrisafe is designed to comply with all new FDE parameters.

The system includes the : (1) GPS/battery monitor/battery / case, (2) 2 x batteries with battery holders/protectors, (4) 2 x SD cards, (5) battery charger..... Case size is 180 high, 180 long and 100 wide and is a purpose built from polyethylene Battery charge life is predicted to be one month of average use. The SD card can be swapped over regularly, when the battery is being swapped, and downloaded. Downloading is easy and tracking transposes onto Google maps, which automatically becomes available when a file is opened

FDE good practice guideline on Application Uniformity
All liquid FDE land application systems must achieve a DUuq (as defined in the accompanying FDE Design Code of Practice) of no greater than 1.25.

Standard pressure gauges do not work well for effluent, they block. The TechniPharm specially developed effluent gauge does not block and is particularly suitable for monitoring effluent system pressures at any point from pump to irrigator.
FDE good practice on Pressure Variation
The FDE land application system must be designed to apply within +/- 10% of target applied depth with acceptable uniformity and application intensity in any location. In general the total pressure at the applicator(s) should not vary by more than:
20% of the design operating pressure at any point in the system
Provision must be made for pressure measurement at the outlets/sprinklers as well as at the pump.
The Eisele range of stirrers is a very powerful solution to stirring sumps and ponds. Horizontal stirrers stir a pond in a "circular push around" motion. Conventional stirring (vertically) is ok for small sumps, but not great for stirring various levels of deeper sumps or ponds. The stirrers come in various models and options for ponds, sumps or above ground ponds.
