The chain requires replacemnt every 5-10 years depending on use, if loose and floppy give us a call for a service check or let us know how many chains you need
This unit is critical for reliable operation of your scrapers, we can also recondition these, pls connect with us to make arrangements
This is for longer lanes (125 -200 m) or if you wish to have longer lasting rope on shorter lanes
Measure lane lenght add 5% lenght ( for drum and tie off)

This High Tensile heavy steel shaft is the back bone of the scraper system.
It moves back and forth through the block to guide the scraper when its moving
Keep wear plates up to spec to ensure continued smooth running
This item fits into the arm and holds the wing ( see also #11)

This plate locks the scraper polyurethane blade in place
The chain is linking the main frame and wing so the wing does not swing the wrong way when the scraper gets lifted due to say a clump of grass/silage.

The Brouwers Rope scraper blades are easily replaced. The polyurethane blade is extendable between the lock plates so before you order check you have used all the blade. Check wear shoes... the blade is to be kept just scraping the surface, not resting on the surface
